Two things can be read from this.
- Gion Station on the subway is 2 minutes on foot (the description gives 3 minutes, a one-minute difference).
- The Hakata exit of JR Hakata Station is 8 minutes on foot.
The description gives Gion Station as 3 minutes and Hakata Station as 8 minutes on foot, says that Canal City and the Nakasu food stalls are 5 minutes on foot, and that Tenjin is within walking distance.

Sky Heart Hotel Hakata has the lowest price and Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Hakata Ekimae the highest. The question is how you weigh that gap against the review average and the minutes on foot to the station.
