Hi! Anyone who looks up the breakfast hours again before checkout on the morning of departure is pretty much a friend of mine. I'm shiori. This time it is about Hakata Station and people who want to have breakfast at the hotel. I lined up five hotels using only the Rakuten Travel listings. We did not stay at any of them, so I cannot write about taste or portions.
Breakfast numbers: the review score is the only clue
Searching near Hakata Station for hotels with a breakfast score gave seven candidates. Almost none of them clearly state the breakfast format or the hours, though. The only breakfast figure in the listing data was the breakfast score in the reviews. It is the average of the scores that reviewers on Rakuten Travel gave to the breakfast item. The number of people who gave a score is not in the listing data.
This score is a rating by the people who wrote the reviews. It is not a number by which I vouch for the taste. So please do not decide just because a hotel "has a high score". I place the same-day price and the walk from the station beside it.
Two hotels were left out. For TKP Sunlife Hotel and Esperia Hotel Hakata, the price I could get was for November 4, which does not match October 28 for the other five. Prices for different dates cannot be compared side by side.
Only one listing says breakfast is free
Hotel Active! Hakata is the only one whose listing mentions breakfast: it lists a free Japanese and Western buffet breakfast together with a large public bath (daiyokujo) and other free services.
