If you are driving
All four listings describe parking as first come. Universal Hotel and APA Hotel state that it cannot be reserved, and Annex says a contract car park is used when its own is full. If a car is part of your plan, read each hotel's parking terms first.
Do reviews help?
Read the average together with the count. APA Hotel has an average of 4.17 from 675 reviews, while Annex has 4.0 from 5,253. With a different number of reviews behind each average, the same score does not carry the same weight. Universal Hotel (3.84) and Stadium-mae (3.86) are close.
